Terms

Engagement terms, scope, and pricing for any project are confirmed in writing before work begins. Rescue and troubleshooting work is billed hourly with a 3-hour minimum unless a fixed project scope has been agreed after diagnosis.

Maintenance plans include a defined scope of work per month; unused capacity does not roll over indefinitely. Details are confirmed per plan at signup.
